Very nice Hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Road and train station outside was a little noisy but the windows were sound proof ...so ok. Hotel is in a good location ...walking distance from everything.

The place and the first person I talked to was great. Room was clean and most important for me: a separate and locked garage for my motorcycle. All this was beyond my expectations in a positive way.
I made clear that the garage must be locked and closed. I was promised this. Also that the water on the table in the room was included in the price. When checking out I was asked if I took something from the minibar... No, just the water on the table and beside that a small pringles chip package. I was charged 7,50 euros for this!!! Not OK! But the worst part is the garage... Told her to open the garage... It is open she said!!!!?? Got to the garage and yes, it was unlocked and WIDE OPEN. THIS WAS NOT what we agreed on. Luckily my brand new and super exclimusive bike was unharmed but as good as this began the night before, great guy, helpful and everything to in the morning... Total disaster. Don't really care about the 7,50 it's more the thing what I was promised and I have been to many hotels where this is included(only the articles in the fridge cost extra) but the garage.. Wide open, unlocked... From hero to zero so to speak. Really unfortunate because I liked the place.

We loved the comfortably furnished large family room.
The staff were helpful and courteous and the hotel is well situated and within walking distance of the old centre of the city.
Breakfast service was the only minor disappointment - though I suspect that was simply related to under-staffing and the fact that our spoken German is poor.

Interesting place near the transport, but in heart of locals restaurant ! super friendly. The breakfast wasn’t very european, (diversity ) but was ok, you can taste at breakfast lot’s of cakes:) also the service staff was 5⭐️lovely hotel , big rooms, and clean.

The room is lovely, light and airy with high ceilings and lots of space. The hotel is located close to tourist centres and in the perfect spot for a trot along the Elbe. I wish we had booked for an extra night!

Stayed here for a long weekend. Members of staff friendly, informative and great at arranging meal/taxi to fit in with a visit to the Semperoper. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I'd willingly use this hotel again as it was more than satisfactory to stay in.

Bed, bathroom and for all the breakfast is very good, and the staff is very friendly - but the majority of the rooms out to the big road are do not (as promised on their website) have soundproofed windows. The traffic is very loud.
