All a hotel needs: good mattress, central location, several Tram-stops and railway station near by, extensive breakfast buffet and a modern and light-flooded ambience - the main color is white. The rooms are pretty small and if you got one on the west front you face a busy street and the railway. No problem if you close the window; but really noisy if open. The service is very courteous; I didn't have to pay for a broken glass. Perfect for a short stay.

We were meant to get a handicapped room with a special shower but were met by a straight-faced receptionist who told us it was only available starting the second day. We booked 4 weeks ago and it somehow got overbooked. They barely even apologized. The staff in general seems rude and we were told to get out of their busy breakfast room that clearly doesn't accommodate as many guests as their hotel can hold. The rooms are nice but the glass door is very creaky and doesn't allow for subtle toilet breaks at night. The location is okay and it's a 15 minute walk to Altstadt over the bridge. The insulation is good and the trains passing on the railroad across the road are not that noticeable. The cutlery and glasses seemed to not be properly cleaned and smelled a little. All in all, work on your customer service!

Update: We were told to come back the next day around 12:30 to switch rooms, but ultimately had to wait 4:30pm to get our (paid-for) room. The way the staff dealt with this was as if this was just business as usual. We did receive a free parking pass.

This is a very good and quiet hotel, with nice service. If you plan to stay in hotel longer make sure to have water for 2 and 3 nights as they provide only with welcome day drinking water, and the hotel has small spot for parking which is always booked plus the price for a day parking is 15 euro. You can always pay in City 18 Euro for 3 day parking so better to plan ahead

I loved everything about the venue. Great breakfasts, comfy rooms, friendly, English-speaking staff, close to both the city center and clubs/bars district. Around 5-10 minutes walk from the Dresden-Neustadt train station. Would definitely choose the hotel again.

Amazing hotel which is near to Neustadt train station.

Rooms are modern and clean. Location of hotel is perfect...across the bridge tou are in Altstadt and 3 min you are in train station. Amazing view on historical buildings.

There is no Wardrobe neither wall hangers
If you came late there is no parking
