Firstly, I want to say that we were coming to Cuchi regularly a few years ago, and never had a bad experience. Today, however, everything was wrong. We came to Cuchi expecting the same service we used to get and were sadly disappointed. The server was unpleasant and uninterested. They forgot our order and mixed up our starters. Flagging a waiter took a few tries as the restaurant was busy. Ultimately, we waited 1.5hrs for our main meal (a bento) to arrive. I have to say, I make sushi myself as a hobby, and even i was embarrassed by the quality of the presentation and sushi itself. We asked the waiter if what we received was what we ordered, and she replied positively. We chose to finish our food, as we were hungry after the long wait, but I hope the owners will take this review (and the photos) into consideration and make adjustments in the future. Worst culinary experience in a long time.

I consider this place like a really good reference point to measure Sushi pleaces. It is so tasty and the attention is perfect.

Actually we didn’t even eat here at all, very rude waitresses . When we were waiting at the gate, she looked very unpleasant with no reasons. It’s so weird and we left.

I had high expectations for this place because of its location, elevated prices and supposedly luxurious theme! I paid 30€, getting basic sushi sets and rolls, it was not bad though, but there was nothing special that matches the price!

The personnel is very nice, but the service is veeery slow (I guess they miss people) and the food only average. We enjoyed the spring u0026 summer rolls, the Sushi was disappointing. Nice outside terrace.
