The seller was great. Helped us really good and gave us more info then only about the tour. During the tour the guide was sometimes hard to hear. Also they drove by all the sights quite fast. At the hovering train we were left behind. When we came to the rendezvous point, nobody was there after being 5 min to late. The guide already left with the group to the boat. Together with 2 other tourists we had to find our own way to the boat. Only to find out we had to wait for more then half an hour for the boat to arrive. So more then enough time for the guide to wait for us. I wouldn't recommend the red bus tour to anyone.

The service as such worked great. The information at the bus stop signs could be improved. Also not all the drivers seemed to be enjoying their job very much when we encountered them. Asking a normal question in a normal way, in German, because I speak the language, was met with an annoyed answer back.

If you want to know the city better and the places to visit I recommend u take this tour first, from there u can make up ur mind of the places to visit, even if u r planning to live there this tour will give u all insights regarding where to live and the commute
