A busy restaurant with very congested seating arrangements. Luckily there were a few English speaking staff who helped us in the selection of food. Their lamb chops platter was good. For dessert we ordered Kunafa which was too sweet for my liking as they added the syrup themselves. Their rest rooms were very filthy and unhygienic with a stinking smell.

Food was enjoyable and in large quantities. Liked the way they serve the welcome starters with a huge puffed, freshly made flatbread and the side dips. Pide was my choice and really enjoyed it.

We're from Prague, and in our town it's a bit hard to come by authentic Turkish cuisine, therefore Ocakbasi has become our go-to place for food every time we visit Dresden. Food here is simply amazing, we've had Urfa and Adana kebabs, Pide, Lahmacun, Kunefe, everything tastes amazing and super fresh, plus you always get some extra complimentary mezea (fresh yufka bread with salad and dip). The only not so positive thing I'd like to mention is probably the weird tasting ayran, which feels a bit diluted, otherwise everything else is perfect.

Went for lunch. Drink serve is very slow even not busy. Food is OK but not taste fantastic, does not taste sumac on salad, meat which is very soft but nothing much flavoured of salt nor herb. It is average and nothing special.
