Just the right size airport, big without being backed up and overwhelming. Got a cheap flight from London and then easy access to the German trains. Went ahead and spent the day in Dresden. So much to see!

It's always nice to see that they take security serious, constantly following their profiling bias. Over the last 5 years, on each departure, I receive enhanced explosives screening. However, the staff is always very polite and professional.

Peaceful and clean with few people at all times.
Faster service but you will have to remove all electronics and liquids before or during security check.

Small airport and only two shops that I saw, but everything went fine. You don’t need to be there super early to make your flight. An hour is even plenty of time.

The connections to the airport are awful! There is only bus going there and it comes every 30 minutes!!!! Are you serious Dresden??? If one bus is late when you have to change you miss the bus (that goes to the airport) and have to wait 30 minutes for your next bus to the airport. And you might miss your flight if you are late!
The airport itself is fine. Too small but it’s fine.

It was nice experience flying to Dresden from Frankfurt. Really enjoyed it.
