The Drei Grazien Brunnen is a fountain that features bronze sculpture of the Three Graces sitting around a circular fountain. The sculptures are in a very modernist style and not to my liking. The faces contain none of the classical features I'd expect from the Three Graces, possessing neither charm, beauty, or creativity. The bodies of the graces do have a certain Rubenesque charm though.

The fountain is near the back entrance of The Westin Bellevue, on the Canaletto part of the north bank of the River Elbe riverfront

Schöner Brunnen von 1985 von Vinzenz Wanitschke (1932 - 2012). Drei Grazien - auch die drei allegorischen Frauenfiguren des Mozartbrunnens von 1907 auf der Bürgerwiese werden so genannt. Aber was für ein Unterschied. Die "Grazien" hier haben nichts gekünsteltes. Wirken natürlich und selbstbewußt. Keine falsche Scham. Eben DDR-Frauen ;-)
Dresden ist für mich auch einen Brunnenstadt, da es ungefähr 300 Brunnen und Wasserspiele hier gibt.
