Room was big and clean, but would have preferred a walk-in shower instead of the shower in the tub. The staff at the Courtyard Marriott who did the check in and service was super friendly and helpful. Location was great for me since it was close to the office and the bus stop in front of the hotel connects you well to the nearest tram station and from there it is easy to get to the city centre.

No one at the reception, need to go to another hotel building to get my keys/roomcard. Person from another hotel was unfriendly and unmotivated. The room itself was OK, didnt expect that according to the reviews here on google. Room has AC, no refrigerator, a coffee machine on the desktop, poorly constructed bathrooms. Inside there was a free water bottle, 2 espressos and 2 cafe creme plus alc-free beer. The lighting was very bad, a lot of switches which didnt work quite well or has no purpose at all. My curtains were ripped. No toothbrush/paste provided and only all-one handsoap/facewash/bodysoap/shampoo were provided. The reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I was provided the accomodation for free. Otherwise I wouldnt stay here. Sorry guys but you need to keep up your game -

Average hotel with a service level leaving room for improvement.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and requested 1 week before arrival both rooms to be next to each other since we were traveling with our children.

The request was denied since “fully booked”, which could have been fair enough. But when it turns out not to be fully booked then it shows staff in this case was not interested in servicing the customer.

Very slow check-in, rooms with no “atmosphere” and no housekeeping for 3 days… Fine breakfast buffet.

I stayed here for 19 days. It's a pretty decent hotel. The rooms are a good size. The staff are super helpful. The breakfast has a ton of choices.
If I came back to the area I would stay here again.
The rooms do have an AC unit in them.
If you want/need a mini fridge then you should ask for one in your reservation to make sure there is one available.

Surprisingly very good. Great value for money hotel in a beautiful quaint part of Dresden. Easily accessible to anywhere. Stayed here for business. Conveniently located between the industry hub and City centre. Good breakfast, nice staff, adequate amenities. Will be back ????

The hotel is very clean. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is amazing and very delicious, you won't miss anything. If the wellness and spa area is not actually being repaired or the restaurant closed - like now - it's a great hotel. We had the chance to use the sauna and pool for our first evening and then they needed to repair something which is why it was closed the next day. As well the restaurant needed repairing so it was closed too (the restaurant is next door in the (adjacent) Marriott Hotel. A snack was however available in the Best Western dining area and they've got drinks, too.
The bus stop is just right across the street and there are buses going all the time and if you're coming back late at night there are trams going all night if you don't mind walking a few minutes and as well you can use a special taxi service which substitutes several tram or bus services and doesn't cost any additional charge - it's included in the regular ticket.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Nice basic pool/gym/sauna. Close to trams and public transport. A 10minute Walk to Neustadt
