Convenient accomodations in a relatively quiet residential area of Dresden. Breakfast is normally served but not during the ongoing pandemic. A short walk to commuter train or tram if you want to go to the town centre. There are some bakery's, restaurants and stores just within 5 min walking distance. There is a church ruin and a Military museum in the neighborhood.

It's good for short stay or break in trip, close to Neustad and Altstad, very nice staff, celan and big rooms

The key was given to us by a notice in the hotel. Our room was large about 15 to 16 square meters with an extra bathroom of about 6 square meters. We had room 12. We were able to use the communal kitchen, it was all in all clean and all equipment was available. Of course there are also guests at the weekend who don't always wash their dishes, but you can't blame the hotel for that. The telephone contact worked well in the event of a minor disruption (the batteries for the remote control were replaced). We slept well in the beds that night, but the mattresses are soft, but we prefer hard mattresses with a degree of hardness of 4. Public transport is easily accessible in 400m and the tram runs every 10 to 15 to the city center line 7 or 8. After five minutes you are at the theater square in Dresden. All in all we give the grade 2. As a suggestion for the hotel it would be nice if the front door would be locked day and night to prevent unauthorized entry into the hotel. We would come back thank you.

Wir haben im Mai einen 3 Tage Aufenthalt in der Pension verbracht. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Wir hatten glücklicherweise einen öffentlichen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf der Straße direkt vor dem Hotel. Der Schlüssel wurde uns durch einen Aushang im Hotel ausgehändigt. Unser Zimmer war groß cu0026a 15 bis 16 Quadratmeter mit einem extra Badezimmer von ca 6 Quadratmeter. Wir hatten Zimmer 12. Die gemeinschaftsküche konnten wir mit nutzen sie war alles in allem sauber und alle Gerätschaften waren vorhanden. Natürlich gibt es am Wochenende auch Gäste die nicht immer ihr Geschirr abspülen aber das kann man dem Hotel nicht als Mangel vorwerfen. Gut hat auch die telefonische Kontaktaufnahme bei einer kleineren Störung funktioniert (Batterien für Fernbedienung wurden ausgetauscht). Die Nacht haben wir in den Betten gut geschlafen allerdings sind es weiche Matratzen, wir bevorzugen allerdings harte Matratzen mit härtegrad 4. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist in 400m gut erreichbar und die Straßenbahn fährt alle 10 bis 15 in die innenstadt Linie 7 oder 8. Nach fünf Minuten ist man am theaterplatz in Dresden. Alles in allem benoten wir mit der Note 2. Als Vorschlag für das Hotel wäre schön wenn die eingangstür Tag und Nacht verschlossen wäre um unbefugten ein eindringen in das Hotel zu verwehren. Wir würden wiederkommen vielen Dank.
