Made a reservation for a wrong date more than a month from the current date, called the hotel the minute after, before they could even see My booking. But refused to cancel My reservation!
They are all about the money, they could wirhout a doubt cancel the reservation and without it costing the hotel anything. But no, they Want to keep the money, such bad service…..

No staff here after 2 pm, no air conditioning, no elevator, and there are 6 floors, so you may have to haul your bags all the way up on your own. And no access to 'the garden' or 'the terrace'. My mistake was also booking through Expedia, which charged me twice what the hotel charges walk-ins.

Reasonable. Receptionist looked miserable on arrival. No lifts in the property so obviously had to use the stairs. Rooms were quite small, no air conditioning or fans and so the windows had to remain open. The main street was very noisy and so found it difficult to sleep. Coffee machine in each room, but you have to pay 1 euro per pod and use a plastic cup. Shower and toilet had sliding doors that could be seen through, also gaps either side, so using the toilet especially wasn't ideal. TV was of a good size and the breakfast was reasonable. Quite a good location, around 15 minutes walk from the city centre. As a whole, OK. Wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Cozy little hotel at a convenient location close to public transport. The rooms are well sized and well equipped. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and eager to help out anytime. Unfortunately there is no elevator and they seem to have issues with their credit card machine quite frequently. Overall a nice choice of hotel in downtown Dortmund. Definitely great value for money!

Room: My room was not bad at all. I had a big bed and had a lot of space for all my clothes.
Quietness: The room was facing the street but the zone is vere quite and I slept very well.
Bathroom: toilet and shower were splitted and divided from the bedroom by floor to ceiling sliding doors. toilet was ok. Shower was big but not easy to get in and out due to few space left.
Breakfast: rich breakfast in a comfortable room.

The best hotel we have ever booked in Dortmund.
The person who worked there was even able to speak Netherlands, polish and English and did very well in preparing the breakfast.
