From the first contact at the reception in the emergency room, through the first examinations to the entire care on the K 47 ward, we were really impressed by the friendliness and empathy of all employees.
Our daughter felt very comfortable during the entire stay and was always addressed in a friendly, encouraging and appreciative manner.
We, as parents, were also always explained to us as equals and very sympathetically and, above all, in a comprehensible manner.
The entire team of nurses and doctors (also in the children's MRT, which is sensational and extremely frightening for the children), from the cleaning staff to the food distribution is just great.
The facility is suitable for children, the playroom on the ward and the play island on the ground floor are fantastically equipped and the new therapy garden in the inner courtyard is just fantastically beautiful.
We can be proud and grateful to have such a facility for our children and young people in Dortmund.
Even if I hope that we will not see each other again, we are very happy to be able to take a healthy daughter home with us thanks to the entire therapy/treatment and would choose the children and youth clinic again at any time.

Leider musste unsere Tochter stationär drei Tage in der Kinder- und Jugendklinik bleiben. Vom Erstkontakt am Empfang in der Notfallambulanz, über die ersten Untersuchungen hinweg bis über die gesamte Betreuung auf der Station K 47 waren wir begeistert von der Freundlichkeit und Empathie wirklich aller Mitarbeiter:innen.
Unsere Tochter fühlte sich während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr wohl und wurde immer freundlich, aufmunternd und wertschätzend angesprochen.
Auch uns als Eltern gegenüber wurden stets auf Augenhöhe und sehr sympathisch und vor allem verständlich alle Schritte und Abläufe erklärt.
Das gesamte Team der Pfleger und Ärzte (auch im Kinder MRT, dass im übrigen sensationell und extrem angstnehmend für die Kinder ist), vom Reinigungspersonal bis über die Essensausgabe ist einfach nur großartig.
Die Einrichtung ist kindgerecht, das Spielzimmer auf der Station sowie die Spiele-Insel im Erdgeschoss ganz fantastisch ausgestattet und der neuer Therapiegarten im Innenhof ist einfach nur traumhaft schön angelegt.
Wir können stolz und dankbar sein, eine solche Einrichtung für unsere Kinder und Jugendliche in Dortmund zu haben.
Auch wenn ich hoffe, dass wir uns nicht wieder sehen, sind wir sehr froh, dank der gesamten Therapie/Behandlung eine gesunde Tochter wieder mit nach Hause nehmen zu dürfen und würden uns jederzeit wieder für die Kinder- und Jugendklinik entscheiden.

Wir können die Klinik guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Sowohl in der Ambulanz als auch stationär! Das komplette Personal ist super freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Bereiche, die wir gesehen bzw betreten haben, waren sauber und angemessen. Leider gibt es Patienten, deren benehmen stark zu wünschen übrig lässt. Dafür kann aber weder das Personal, noch die Klinik etwas!

Bitte bleibt so! Erst recht den liebevollen Umgang zu den Kindern solltet ihr so weiter führen! ???? Dies gibt es leider nicht in jeder Klinik.

NIE WIEDER! Bitte liebe Eltern, tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und geht NICHT in diese Klinik, euren Kindern zu Liebe!
Angefangen beim Wachmann, der den Eindruck hat er müsse den Ballermann beaufsichtigen, und auch so mit einem spricht.
Weitergemacht von den Damen die am Empfang sitzen die einem durchgehend falsche Informationen geben, und einen wirklich schlecht behandeln.
Eine Dame mit dunklen Haaren und weißem Kittel ( Dienst am 17.06.22 - 00:30 Uhr ) sollte etwas an ihrer Kompetenz arbeiten um mit Patienten umzugehen, wir sind nicht zum Spaß dort sondern haben Kinder die leiden und krank sind.
„Wir sind kein Kindergarten“, „Haha, dann soll er doch gehen“ wird im Hintergrund getuschelt.

Nach 5 Stunden Wartezeit wird man dann weggeschickt.

Ich könnte noch einige sehr gravierende Sachen auflisten, das werde ich aber bei der Aufsichtsbehörde, Gesundheitsamt und beim Rat tun.

Ich empfehle Ihnen die Kinderklinik in Datteln, dort sind wir alle gut aufgehoben!
