Very bas service.

Never in my life have I been treated like that in a Nespresso shop. Every time there is a new collection I love to go to the shop, try it and buy for me and as presents the ones that I liked. So I enter with my friend and her child in the shop to try the new ones. The tall blonde worker there didn’t one to serve us. She said one coffee only and for one of us! And before you ask; no there was no one except us in the shop as client. I said no, both of us wanted to try. She proceeds to serve both of us but with an old capsule ! This was completely unacceptable (she thought we didn’t see). I left the coffee as it was and bought the whole new collection to try it at home. Disgusted by the bad service of this woman. Never again.

Whoever who works there is very unfriendly i didn’t remember my account number , she couldn’t understand me spelling my last name i showed her even my ID without even looking on it she said sorry i can’t see! And during conversation i felt like unwanted guest

A good selection of coffee machines and pod flavours. They offer free tasting too.

The new location is a strange choice, the store is much smaller and makes for stressful shopping experience. Nothing is very clear and looks more like a show room. It’s almost like they copied the Apple shopping concept, but poorly. There is no clear system for getting service and it seems like you just have to wait around staff till they ask if they can help. The store looks nice, but has no soul. I used to enjoy chatting with the staff and being offered a coffee, but I don’t wasn’t to wait 20mins to be served and then wait another 20mins for a coffee around an overcrowded table. The staff were friendly enough.

Worse service I have ever had. I queued the line like everyone else and the worker there didn't even greet me but she did greet the person behind me. She talked to me with an annoying voice and was very rude. She gave me an unwelcome feeling and treated me differently because I was Asian. Definitely will never come back again.

The new shop is awful ... no enough place, no structure. The personal was unfriendly almost unpolite and completely unable to handle the amount of costumers...
I am wondering if I will keep going there ... I am paying a high price, so I am also awaiting a correct service.
