For me personally the most beautiful yoga school in Cologne. Sometimes when I visit a yoga school I get this sense of I am not welcome because I am not a #yogagirl but at yogamama everyone feels instantly welcome wherever you are coming from and however you feel. I think at Mama you can really come as you are. If its in your business suit or your dirtiest outfit. Its a place where this doesnt matter and Katja makes you feel exactly like that. I am really happy that I found a school which communicates the real spirit of inclusiveness and yoga. Thank you Katja

I’m from New York, I came as a tourist to visit cologne, the people were sweet and personable. I was getting over an injury and decided to try a class, wow I was never into yoga but I am now the staff and studio was awesome. I’m coming back in a couple of weeks and the Galerie will be the first visit. Thank you

If you haven't already tried it, you should definitely give the MOONTIME Yoga session a try. It is the most relaxing 60 minutes you will have all week. The instructor is very professional and explains everything carefully. All the movements are performed slowly, and it is ideal for de-stressing or if you have an injury. It is a mixture of yoga and meditation, and the class will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

Das Yogastudio ist ein toller Ort, an dem ich immer wieder gerne Yoga mache. Ruhig, im Sommer auch etwas kühler, sehr freundliche Stimmung. Bei den Kursen, die ich bislang mitgemacht habe, steht auch der Sport eher im Mittelpunkt, so dass es nicht so sehr esoterisch ist, was mir mehr entgegen kommt.
