Of course I know this Parking Place at the Belgian Area/Distric of Cologne. The buidling itself needs some renovations. The lots are pretty small but the price is ok, esp. if you need a space and would like to go to the 'Ring' or the Pedistrian Street nearby like Ehrenstrasse and Friesenwall.
