We had a closer look at the location as such some months before the pandemic - and while it is very impressive from the outside and the personnel is very attentive and helpful, I am not sure I would want to do a party there. We had the impression of some things inside being quite worn out and we chose a different place at the end.
It is part of Cologne Culture and the home of the famous men's choir, so if you'd like to have party in a true Cologne place, this should be a good choice.
