Because of crowded location quality of service is impacted. We ordered two pastas and one pizza. Pizza was good. One pasta was horrible. Not mixed properly. There is sufficient space to sit for everyone. Place is not very clean. You can prefer to go to a Italian restaurant nearby instead.

Food was tasty and fresh, made with good ingredients, but the standing in line was interminable. The staff would only take on a new order after completing the order before. Since each pasta prep took 10 minutes, with 4 people in the line in front of me, this meant a 40 minute wait to be served my mushroom risotto. Despite the tasty food, I would rather go to a traditional restaurant and spend my wait time seated, sipping a good glass of wine and pay about the same. In my opinion, Vapiano does not have a sustainable business model.

Very tasty as expected!
Cooking staff were friendly and efficient.
We got Salmon carbonara with Zoodles made of zucchini and arrabiata. Both tasty!!
Waiting time was a bit long and the ground floor tables can hold 6 people but a bit tight.

Great franchise for pasta lovers! Decently priced and very tasty. However, during the evening it might get a little big too crowded with long waiting lines.

Hell’s Kitchen. Rather than ordering your food and waiting for it at your table, you are required to stand in line until the food is cooked in front of you. After standing in line for over an hour I was very disappointed to see frozen pasta used. The pasta was hard. The chef was impolite.

My one star is for the ambience. It has a nice greenary with lots of real and artificial plants which is a treat for eyes after you have been in the hot sun for a while. One star is for their self service card, where each one gets a card at the entrance and you can order anything you want from the counters until 50 euro and you can pay when u check out. But the prime thing you want in a restaurant is tasty food. We were disappointed in that respect.we ordered two spagetti dishes which were undercooked and not tasting that good. Also the pizza we ordered under average. The person on the counter was irritated for some reason which I think he took out on undercooked spagetti. I may not visit this place again.

Love this place. When I'm in the mood for some really good pasta, this is the place to go. I can add anything I want and it'll be made exactly how I want it and the prices aren't too bad. I'll give this branch 3 stars because they're always running out of pasta in the evenings with 2-3 hours left before closing time. And you're forced to choose between ordering pizza, risotto or raviolis. Not cool.
