My son was born here in July. We traveled from an hour and a half away to have the birth here because my son was born with a heart defect that was discovered in an ultrasound. I found the whole experience to be much better than when my first child was born in a different part of NRW. The staff were all super friendly and helpful the whole time. I'm so grateful for everyone who worked here. It is unfortunate that many people seemed to have negative experiences with this hospital. I cannot relate to this at all.

Trying to book an appointment is impossible. Considering that this is a hospital at the end of the day the administration and owners of this business should seriously consider taking a look at their administrational competencies.

From the front desk gentleman all the way to administrative and clinical team led by Dr Saulter and Dr Elina, thank you so much for seeing my child today. I’m really impressed with how the communication was clear even though I don’t speak a leak of German. It was a pleasure being assisted by all of you. My child even before leaving the hospital was happy and smiling again. Tank you all so very much! God bless.

Cancelling an important appointment for a new born taken many weeks ago a day before should not be allowed, never seen this anywhere in the world!
Really hard to contact them via telephone, highly not recommended! Unsafe for a new born health !

If you were really interested in children's needs, you would get hold of waiting times.
