Best place for childrens for any emergency. Very good doctors. My kid got viral from past 10 days and being new to germany (speaking german) was very challenging for us . Here doc do proper checkups and advice med. accordingly . 5 stars for doc Ulrike wolf.

Man kommt mit einem kranken Kind an, wohlmöglich ohne Schuhe, weil man sie in der Aufregung vergessen hat, und muß ewig lange VOR DER TÜR, IM FREIEN, OHNE DACH über dem Kopf, GESCHWEIGE DENN mit SITZGELEGENHEITEN warten. Teilweise um einiges länger als eine Stunde. AUCH BEI REGEN.
Und das war kein einmaliger Zufall. Sondern die letzten zwei Mal als wir hier waren auch schon.
Die Schlange wartet auf einem Baugestell. Wo ist bitte das Problem eine Plane drüber auszulegen, damit man nicht nass wird?
Wo ist das Problem, ein paar Stühle rauszustellen? Wo das Wartezimmer leer ist.
Und wo ist überhaupt das Problem das Wartezimmer wieder voll zu machen? Bei allen anderen Praxen geht das auch.

Und dann wird man auch noch UNHÖFLICH behandelt.
Der Arzt war die absolute Katastrophe. UNFREUNDLICH , VON OBEN HERAB und KEIN VERSTÄNDNIS für Kinder. Warum bitte wird so jemand Kinderarzt?

Kontraproduktiv und unmenschlich wenn Ihr mich fragt. Mir wäre es peinlich hier zu arbeiten!

Die Wartezeit von einer Stunde ist auch voll ok. Was ich nur nicht verstehe ist warum für die wartenden nichts überdachtes zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Man steht im freien vor der Praxis. 2,5 Stunden Wartezeit trotz Einlieferung mit Krankenwagen, obwohl nur 3 weitere Patienten mit uns im Wartezimmer waren, die NACH uns dran kamen. Zwei Frauen waren voll gebrochen und kamen mit einem kleinen Jungen an. Die Mutter meinte, er bricht schon die ganze Zeit. Niemand hat der Frau ein separates Zimmer angeboten, wo sie sich mal waschen kann und wo die Familie von den restlichen Leuten wegen Ansteckungsgefahr isoliert wird. Es waren zwei Säuglinge mit uns die ganze Zeit im kleinen Wartezimmer plus Eltern. So konnten wir alle zuschauen, wie die Stücke mit Erbrochenem nach und nach auf dem Boden oder Möbeln von der Mutter abgefallen sind.

Anscheinend hat sich keiner Gedanken gemacht, was passiert, wenn sich sowieso schon kranke Säuglinge/ Kinder mit zum Beispiel Norovirus infizieren. Aber macht ja nichts, krank ist ja eh krank, oder?!

Es ist üblich, dass bei Kindern die im Rettungswagen ankommen, zumindest eine erste Sichtung von einer Ärztin/Arzt vorgenommen wird (bevor man dann stundenlang weiter wartet). Es kam dann auch eine unfreundliche Ärztin auf uns zu und hat direkt ohne Untersuchung nur mit Blick auf meinen Sohn gesagt, daß übrigens kein Zimmer frei ist. Das ist aber schade, ????ich hatte mich schon so auf eine Übernachtung im Krankenhaus gefreut. Deswegen war ich ja da. Gibt es doch nichts Schöneres!!!!
Seit wann teilt man Patienten ohne Untersuchung mit, dass sie nicht stationär aufgenommen werden?! Kann sie per ersten Sichtkontakt ausschließen, dass er nichts gefährliches hat, nur weil er durch die Notfall-Medikamente gerade stabil war?

Ich finde es eine absolute Katastrophe und ich möchte nicht wissen, wieviele Kinder jeden Tag in Deutschland wegen Unterversorgung und schlechten medizinische Management unnötig leiden.

Wegen starken Ohrenschmerzen meiner Tochter heute dort gewesen. Corona bedingt eine lange Schlange draußen, das Wartezimmer darf man nur kurz vor der B Behandlung betreten.Knapp 2 Stunden bis wir dran waren. Haben wir aber gerne in Kauf genommen. Die Arzthelferinnen waren super freundlich und sind super mit meiner Tochter und mir umgegangen. Auch der Arzt war sehr freundlich und konnte sehr gut mit Kindern umgehen.
Meine Tochter wurde gründlich untersucht.
Wir würden definitiv nochmals dorthin fahren !
