In a big event in lanxess arena we go in this subway for Lunch at 12:00, and they have no wraps, no nachos chicken, no salads , so what they are open?? Only to sell sandwich? Amazing...

The service was not very good, the employees were very quick with everything and didn't hear half of what i said. The restaurant also isn't very clean and the sandwich was poorly filled. Also we could only pay with cash since they don't take non german cards.

Realllly unhelpful staff - looked completely disinterested they didn't have the sauces I asked for, not the filling, and ran out of jalapenos. So I was forced to have what I didn't actually wanted

Love Subway, it's by far the best fast food. The staff was annoyed and unfriendly, but it was crowded so I understand it.

Quite good food, but they don't take visa or mastercard so still living in the stone age.

Bread and Cookies were mega stale and gross, super skimpy with the toppings, place also looks kinda awful.
