Worst experience ever renting a car. They cancel the reservation without reason while reservation and confirmation was made 2 weeks earlier. 2 days before arriving they tell me reservation got cancelled because car wasn't available. Never anymore..

Europecar / Alamo is one of the best car rental services within Europe. Ms Feind at this station in specific deserves a mention for being one of the most engaged representatives, who goes out of her way to make sure the customer feels very satisfied with her rental experience.
