How does this place have 4 stars? Are the standards that different in Germany? The food (we had cheeseburgers randomly with or without cheese (??) and chicken wings) verges on inedible and the service level is worthy of a North Korean hospital. There is no reason for anything to be this bad in 2019.

We had a really great diner. The food was excellent. And the service was awesome. Even though it was really busy in Köln because of a big convention, our waitress was really nice and worked notably really hard to make us enjoy our experience. Definitely coming back when we're in the neighborhood!

Location is fine, staff is nice.
But my Cheeseburger was a disaster, one small slice of tomato, a very tiny bit of a gurk. The bread was okay (good quality), but not toasted on both sides, patty was dry and overgrilled, no sauce on the whole burger. For the french fries there was no sauce served. Very dry food.

It's good for enjoy show the sports. There are many screen(TV). So you can watch what you want. I recommand if you want to watch football game with your friends. Food is also good not in the best but reasonable price and taste. Especiallly burger!

Oh, the ambiance, it is exactly what you want to have for a burger bar: Good burger, some beer, chill environment and friendly staff. The french fries and wedges are amazing, we had to go with some encore-fries.

The staff is alright, they're kind and could understand English. However where it goes wrong is with the food, the ribs have no flavour what so ever needing to pour the rather small portion of BBQ saus over them. The inside was either luke warm or cold, not properly or evenly heated. The wedges barely have any taste and come served with cream fresh. Ordering soda is a no-no as well, once it was served on my table it was already flat. The music played in the bar is obnoxiously loud making any conversation impossible if you're not shouting on the top of your loungs. Lastly, the price you see on the menu is not the price you pay, on the menu the ribs on the menu go for 15,90 whilest on the bill they where 20,10.
