But it would have been ok if everything else had worked.
The food was ok, but no more. The lady at the toilet likes to lead discussions if you, as a guest of the restaurant, don't have your wallet with you when you go to the toilet. She was really rude and I don't want to argue as a guest of a place when I go to the bathroom. Dear Stapelhaus team, the lady pays measured so that the customers are spared. Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe von ca 20 Personen dort. Die Begrüßung war nicht besonders freundlich. Trotz Reservierung wurde sich nicht bemüht dass die Gruppe einigermaßen auf zwei Tische verteilt wird. Die Tische standen wie immer und es wurde uns angeboten dass wir diese ja selbst schieben können wie wir möchten. Gehört für mich zum Service und versteht sich von selbst wenn man reserviert dass die Gastronomie sich im Vorfeld um eine angenehme Tischsituation für eine größere Gesellschaft bemüht, zumal die Räumlichkeit an sich es absolut hergibt.
Trotz dass das Restaurant innen leer war, war die Bewirtung sehr zäh. Wir mussten immer wieder selbst aktiv werden und den/die Kellner:in suchen und ansprechen. Sehr lästig, als wolle man keinen Umsatz machen. Um ca 23uhr wurde uns die letzte Runde angeboten was ich recht früh für einen Freitag Abend in Köln fand, zumal wir immer noch ca 10Personen waren. Wäre aber ok gewesen wenn alles andere gepasst hätte.
Das Essen war ok, aber nicht mehr. Die Dame an der Toilette führt gerne Diskussionen wenn man als Gast des Restaurants seinen Geldbeutel beim Toilettengang nicht dabei hat. Sie war wirklich unhöflich und ich möchte nicht als Gast eines Lokals diskutieren wenn ich auf die Toilette gehe. Liebes Stapelhaus Team bezahlt die Dame abgemessen damit das den Kunden erspart bleibt. Ich kann es leider nicht empfehlen, was schade ist da die Location an sich sehr schön ist.

Sehr zufrieden, waren Sonntags Mittag's dort Haxe pürre und Sauerkraut die man kaum aufessen kann war mega lecker von meiner Frau und mein schnitzel auch, bedienung war sehr freundlich und unsere haxe haben wir im Kofferraum eingepackt mitgenommen. Also wir haben noch nie eine solche Haxe gesehen
