The hotel was clean, in a great location and met our needs perfectly. Was only a 5 min walk to pubs and the main Koln train station.

Is a great base for sight seeing and has lots of nice bars and restaurants just below.

Wasn’t even 1 star, it was zero stars! We’ve not been able to stay there as they’ve blocked our payment for the rooms three times. We’ve got all the screenshots to prove that our payment was sent and rejected! They’ve then put our rooms up for sale (less than a day later) for an extra £250 each… wonder why our payment was rejected. Bad service, scammers and straight up liars. Wouldn’t waste your time and money booking to stay here, all it’s gonna do is stress you out when they reject your money!

everything is wrong in this restaurant. Bad food, bad drink, bad staff. I had the experience of charging me extra amounts and not admitting the mistake, when in fact the mistake was not mine. they were very rude and took the menu out of my hand when I wanted to show the employee that it was not my mistake. receive foreigners very badly. I don't advise

The rooms were small. and the room was not clean at all, with hairs on the pillow. The shower is also very dirty

Terrible place. You ask for wine and they bring it. It's not the wine you ordered. You ask for the bottle. They don't have it. You ask for another. Still not what you ordered, still no bottle. The owner lies in your face. The bread is stale and at least 2 days old. I didn't stay to try the pizza. They still take your money and are proud of successfully lying to your face. Terrible place, terrible people.

Ideal location, friendly staff, rooms are very clean and very quiet, but a little small.

Absolutely lovely people! Amazing food! Can only recommend! Especially if you are new in cologne and want to experience the warmest welcome!
