We sat outside and ordered steak on Rucola-tomato vinaigrette. The meat was tender and delicious. I'm not a fan of thin french fries but they tasted okay. The salad could have had more dressing on it. Overall, a very good meal and the waiter was very friendly and attentive!

Very tasty food, especially fish dishes. Everything served quickly. Excellent service, greetings to the girl server on a day shift during the weekdays. Will come back for sure.

Food took too long to arrive. And then the waiter forced us to pay 10% as a tip... I've never experienced that before. A table next to us had to pay €9 tip. Be warned. They are trying to fleece you.

Sipan makes verry good cocktails and the service is perfect!! We loved the foods and drinks!!! We are tourists from belguim and all the People here are lovely!! Thank you Sipan for our experiance here!!!

Very nice vegetarian pizza, finger licking good,very good waiters. Must try when visiting cologne. Pizza as low as 7 euros. Best price performance.
