Had a fabulous relaxed trip. 2 hours with a band playing Christmas music, you can buy gluhwein, tea, hot chocolate, meals but we got complimentary biscuits and St Nicholas visited.

Clean boat, nice and cool in the air conditioning for a very hot day. Brief cruise with rude waitress who basically insisted we use cash despite carrying around a credit card machine. We had a good time even though she didn't.

Your boat is broken.
Your deckhand said to go to ticket office for refund.
Nasty, rude old woman said "call [you] and that she is not KD online!" (She should be fired. I assume she is prejudice against non-deutsch.)

Your office is not answering phone.

Please refund entire amount.

The panorama cruise was a good experience - relaxing 60mins ride. Get a 20% discount (around11€ after discount) with the Köln card.
Make sure to be in front of the queue when boarding so that you get a nice table by the side of the boat on the top deck.
One star less because there was no information provided regarding the audio guide. I had to ask the staff and they sent me to a poster on the lower deck where I could scan a QR code to visit a website that is supposed to be the audio guide. The website was okayish - since it would not auto-play the audio when we approach a monument for instance, rather it had to be played manually. Also, the ship didn't seem to be moving on the GPS map so it was hard to say the exact location, but thanks to the bridges you can kinda figure this out.

A wonderful experience cruising through piece of history. There’s lots you can do on the cruise. From food, drinks and even a disco club.

A pleasing experience to take back. The boats were clean and the staff polite. The journey started on time.
