The worst experience and the worst service I have ever had. I bought tickets as a gift for my boyfriend a year ago. But it seems we will never use them. Our balloon trip was already canceled 3 times...due to the weather reasons. But the weather was perfect those days. Like there were other balloons in the sky..So the other companies could have made it. There are almost no dates available, so you get the one in 4 months and wait for this magic day and then when finally 4 months has passed they will send you an sms (which is all the time the same one) that your trip is canceled. Moreover, if you want to get a new appointment, It will take ages to get through to the hot line and reschedule it! I would be happy to get my money back, cause I paid fortune for that, but they say I can not get it back. Maybe there are still some decent companies, which provide good service and Ballonfahrt experience..But it is definitely not about THIS company. THINK TWICE before BUYING TICKETS HERE!!!!!!
