We made a car rental reservation here over two months ago, and they emailed us one hour ONE HOUR! before pick-up informing us that we could no longer get a vehicle. What is the point of a reservation? This left us scrambling since we’ve been planning a trip around this rental for months now. Now we are stuck without a car and obviously since it’s extremely last minute there is nothing available that works to our needs. Avoid reserving here at all costs, literally.

I would love to give this company 0 stars but it is not possible here. The staff is unfriendly. You get a car without CDW, which is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. I have rented dozens of cars in numerous European countries and never got a car without CDW. When we got the car they said that minuscule scratches do not count. When we returned the car the inspector has identified a super small scratch on a rim and charged €300 for the replacement of the whole rim, which is total scam. The US branch of Hertz went bankrupt last year; perhaps this is the way to earn something by cheating the customers. Avoid this company!!

Staff was friendly and helpful and multilingual. Made recommendations for me, and, after I returned the car, they even helped me get a taxi to the train station. It’s the type of business you would like to return to in the future because of the quality of service offered.

Always a very good price, very friendly staff who speak good english for us non-German natives (espeically Melanie who helped me with a unique situation where I needed to upgrade a car midway through the rental), and never any issues on pickup or car return even though I have rented from this location 5+ tmes
