This is store is not any different from any other store when it comes to being well organised. But what's uniquely different than other stores is that the staff are very nice and helpful, very kind and professional.
You get enough explanation of the variety of ceded capsule flavours and what's the best way to prepare your coffee.
Also they asked me if I'd like to try some which I gladly accepted as my last experience with another Nespresso store was awful and felt like we were begging to try a brand new coffee.

Five stars for staff.

Hier das wichtigste für mich, das Personal war immer super freundlich und absolut TOP egal wer da war.
Manche Entscheidungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, man kann auch als Nespresso einen kleineres Geschäft haben, es müssen nicht immer direkt ab 300qm aufwärts sein es geht auch klein und fein, aber gut es wird an Stellen entschieden die nur die Zahlen sehe, leider kenne ich dies zu genüge. Man legt heute als große Kette keinen großen Wert mehr auf Kundennähe und Kundenbindung. Man arbeitet lieber wie alle Online damit es noch mehr. DHL, UPS und andere Kurierdienste gibt und unsere Umwelt bloß nicht sauber bleibt und der Profit steigt, schade für diese für mich nicht nachvollziehbare Entscheidung, sorry an die Leser und Leserinnen hier das ist meine Meinung die ich an dieser Stelle auch einmal kund tun möchte, da man langjährigen Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen keine Abfindung zahlen muss, da der Shop ja ganz geschlossen wird.
