Leider habe ich hier heute eine sehr sehr unfreundlich Erfahrung gemacht. Als erstes wurde rumgemeckert, dass man an einem Samstag für eine Beflocklung vorbei kommt (wohlgemerkt hat die gute Dame nur kassiert und die nette junge Dame hat die Beflockungen gemacht und nicht sie selber). Zum anderen wurde mir als FC Mitglied und zahlenden Kunden unterstellt, dass die Trikots mit Weichspüler gewaschen wurden nachdem die Nase reingesteckt wurde (was definitiv nicht der Fall war) um in Anschluss lauthals zu behaupten, dass man dann aber zu viel Waschmittel benutzt hätte..damit es auch bloß jeder in dem kleinen Laden mitbekommt. Nach dieser netten Begrüßung und Bloßstellung wurde dann noch mehr als unfreundlich nach der FC Mitgliedschaft gefragt und dass man mit dem Namen nichts anfangen könne. Hilfsbereitschaft, Service- oder Lösungsorientierung werden hier leider vergeblich gesucht. Nach der Aussage dass das ganze jetzt mindestens 45 Minuten dauern war nicht mal eine Verabschiedung von der netten Dame möglich. Insgesamt leider eine mehr als schlechte Einkaufserfahrung und kein gutes Aushängeschild für den Verein! Schade schade schade!
