Herr Altuntas at the shop in Köln Schildergasse is the best phone carrier service staff I’ve ever worked with in Germany.

As an American it can be a pretty frustrating process handling these things with a different system. But Altuntas made everything quick and simple, and tried everything to give me the best plan possible. Also told me about places I could visit here in the city.

I be been twice today and day before. Trying to active my sim card. But unfortunately people didn’t help to solve my issue just because I’m Ukrainian.
They said I can’t active my sine card because I don’t have register address here.

It’s strange behavior from Telekom.

Fortunately there was O2 shop. And I just got my sim card within 3 min without any headech.

Don’t recommend at all Telekom
