Just a regular (medium size ) Swarovski Boutique in town. Actually not my fave in Cologne but the staffs have been always friendly if I stopped by. Further more, this flagship store was shortly being renovated with new and more modern design

Das Personal ist sehr nett und versuchen auf jeden Fall zu helfen auch wenn man ein Problem hat keine Probleme beim Umtausch leider sehr teuer sonst würde man bestimmt auch öfter was kaufen und neue Sachen die man im Internet bekommt sind leider sehr oft nicht vorhanden leider (Angebot zu wenig) es wäre schön wenn man für kleineres Geld mehr Auswahl hätte
