Like everywhere! Good training devices, but here are a lot of people who drag around bells and weighs to spots these things shouldn't be and who occupy more than one device at the same time. This is very annoying because it is always crowded anyway and there are not enough devices as well. Some regulations would be nice.

I had a second workout there today and it will be my last one, gym itself is ok bit too busy for me but my experience with one of the staff put me off completely. On arrival I wanted to ask about taking my wife with me for the training with me so I wanted to walk over to one of the staff, I went through the BLUE marked entry as there was a fault reader sign on the gate showing him my card, from there he was as rude and ignorant as he could be giving out to me straight away and asking rudely why I went through this gate, and that I can only use it with permission(how could I know, no sign...) I noticed that many people was confused with this system however other staff member(one wearing mask) was explaining it in a polite way. This was basically the worst costumer service I experienced, absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for. I use the other mcfit gym on every day basic, never had a problem before, but this could leave a very bad impression for potential new consumers of the chain.

Too crowded almost all times. Not enough machines for everyone. Most of the time I have to wait for the equipment. Huge shortage of small free weights. There is only one or two pairs of 6,7,8kg weights. Benches for free weight exercise is also very few.

The dumbbells are always very messed up. Sometimes it's hard to find the match. And as for cleaning I would say it could be better. Overall it's a good gym. I like it.
