Dies ist nun mehrmals passiert, wenn um 12uhr der Laden schließt dann erwarte ich als Kunde auch das ich dort um 11:43 noch einen Kaffee to Go kaufen könnte.
Aber nein ,dort ist es nicht möglich denn es wird um 11:30 langsam alles eingepackt und die Kaffeemaschine in den Entkalkungs Programm gedrückt.
Dann schildert doch bitte eure Öffnungszeiten so das ihr eure 30 minuten einkalkuliert zwecks Schließung.
Ein Rewe, Ikea, Sparkasse oder ein Backwerk fährt die Geräte ja auch nicht ne halbe Stunde vorher runter, obwohl noch „auf“ ist.
(Leere Brot/Brötchen Regale sind ja nachzuvollziehen zu eurem Konzept, wenn der Ansturm größer ist als das was am Vorabend in der grossbäckerei an waren bestellt wurde für den jeweiligen Tag. Darum gehts auch garnicht.)
Die 2 Sterne die noch übrig geblieben sind gelten für das nette Personal.
Lg der Nachbar von gegenüber der sonntags mal ausschlafen kann, und vergessen hat Kaffee (für privat) zu kaufen und jetzt mit schlechter Laune den Tag beginnt. ;)

Dennoch wollte ich dem Laden noch eine Chance geben und war gestern dort um Teilchen zu kaufen, die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt und drei der von mir bestellten und BEZAHLTEN Teilchen wurden nicht mal eingepackt, erst zuhause habe ich gesehen das was fehlt. Sollte das die Rache für meine Beschwerde gewesen sein wegen alter Brötchen ?
In 5 Minuten Entfernung gibt es die Köln-Arcaden mit gleich mehreren Bäckereien, dort gibt man sich mehr Mühe. Mauels brauchen wir in Kalk nicht mehr!
