Cheap place to find coffee next to the Köln cathedral. There are washroom available cost 50 cent and that is most important for the visitors ????

Nope. Food is fine, everything else is bad. The ordering screens don't work, the pickup screen also doesn't work, there are flies and dirt everywhere. They don't give you napkins or the condiments you order. They also messed up the order despite it clearly stating what needs to go on the tray. Don't come here. You are worth more than a barn-like service.

Awful place - workers barely move, queues always very long, supervisors - are you aware of that?? And prices are unbelievable(( I've spent about 40 min to get a ridiculous breakfast one time...

This morning they have forgotten my doughnut from the order, which I have politely told the cashier, showing my receipt. Without a word, he grabbed one with a napkin (not even the one I ordered) and dropped it on my tray. He didn't use a tong, nor was it put into any sort of packaging, just the napkin. I also haven't heard an apology and he threw away my receipt so I couldn't fill out the feedback survey.
As a former McDonald's employee myself, this is so far below standards that it's insulting. Train your staff.

Fine. If you want to eat something fast, great location. Most of the order machines were broken, and a lot of tables dirty.
