The online signup for a COVID test didn’t work, but an employee helped me through it and then manually made my appointment. She was extremely capable.

They're open on Sunday, speak English and were very helpful when we described symptoms.

The only apotheke that's open on Sundays in köln..they speak English and it's a place to be in everyone's list for emergencies...

It opens very early in the morning. People working there, they speak very good English and they are very friendly and helpful.
