Heute endlich die zum Ende des Jahres 2021 gekaufte Tajine eingeweiht mit Hänhchen und Aprikosen. Beim Anschwitzen von Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Ingwer, Gewürzen war ruckzuck die gewünschte Hitze da. Harissa dazu u die Hähnchenteile hervorragend darin angebraten u mit der Gewürzmischung ummantelt. Dann aufgegossen u recht schnell auf 1 gestellt u mit Deckel schmoren lassen. Beim reinigen erstmal mit Weißbrot den Topf leer geputzt u dann nur warmes Wasser mit wenig Spüli liebevoll gereinigt. Freue mich schon auf das nächste Gericht.
Und ja, manchmal muss es cruset sein. Qualität geht auch beim Kochgerät vor gehen wie bei den Lebensmitteln.
Der Geschäftsführer weiß genau, was er da Gutes verkauft u macht seine Sache richtig ????
