Nice but general department store with elevators in the middle as in every large city. Women on first with large section of pretty lingerie. Men second. Good quality in Germany.

All the articles very good, some time very good prices, last time we went karstadt bielefeld, we bought manny things for children's in the basement, for myself I on men's floor, for my wife other floor, but when go kasse to pay there queue when my turn came we lot of clothes and lady on duty rejected to some of the my wife clothes. She said you have to pay on first floor, when I was ready to go on top she now is closing time, you have to come tomorrow, I said we are going back to own country, she said no you can pay my and my children's clothes but can't buy your wife's clothes. Not very good experience, we are late because only one lady work on cash counter because we had manny clothes. And today I have been in karstadt koeln start shopping again on different floors and whole time one staff member was followed .when I went on three different floors he behind to me very uncomfortable feeling.
