Zalando outlet store is located near neu markt the place is quit big, you can find what is matching your requirements it’s always crowded and you need more than 3 hours to room around and get your fitting

Workers are not kind.. i lost my headphones and i turned back to take it..but they didn't open door. There was a man said tomorrow come. But i leave Köln the same day.

Prices are not cheap. Products injured and should be cheaper.. but they are the same other shop..

We came as tourists and the security guy accused us of stealing, despite the mistake was the cashier forgot to scan one of our (many) items.

Extremely unpleasant experience. The security guard seemed to enjoy his "power" and that he finally had something to do, so he dragged it out for no reason, while continuing to insinuate that we were trying to steal. At the end we were obviously free to go, when they discovered the mistake was theirs, but not as much as an excuse.

Never visiting Zalando Outlet in Cologne again and will advise everyone else to do the same!

Stores look good but the dresses are to be organized properly. The trail room is bit not comfortable. Dress collections are very nice some are over priced.

They accused my mum of stealing when it was clearly the cashier's fault, horrible experience, they called the police and all for a cheap pair of earrings and told my mum to not come back for a year. They didn't even allow her to see the security camera. Wouldn't even bother to come back. They lost very loyal costumers.
