Das Thekenpersonal war beim Besuch immer freundlich jedoch mit der Situation überfordert.
Es wurden fast ausschließlich Flaschengetränke verkauft und es musste immer die Flasche inklusive Pfandmarke zurück gebracht werden.
Alle Getränke mussten direkt an der Theke beglichen werden und für jedes Getränk zusätzlich noch 50 Cent Pfand hinterlegt werden. Eine Verzehrkarte wäre bei einer geschlossenen Veranstaltung wesendlich unkomplizierter für alle Beteiligten gewesen.
Die Toilettenanlagen sind wesentlich zu klein und in einem schlechten Zustand. Zudem ist es nicht möglich sich nach dem Händewaschen die Hände abzurechnen. Weder Tücher noch ein elektronischer Händetrockner standen zur Verfügung. Bei dem einzigen Waschbecken war die Armatur lose usw..
Das " Sicherheitspersonal" war stets bemüht das sich alle Gäste unwohl fühlen. Ständig wurde man angeguckt als hätte man was verbrochen.
Der Zutritt der Veranstaltung durch den "Sicherheitspersonal" war sehr respektlos und unfreundlich. Am Ende des Abends wurde die Veranstaltung ohne ersichtlichen Grund abgebrochen und alle Gäste innerhalb von 15 Minuten des Hauses verwiesen. Es kam zu keinem Vorfall durch die Gäste. Sowas geht überhaupt nicht. Die Betreiber sollten sich wirklich Gedanken machen, wer ihnen am Ende des Abends die Taschen füllt.
Daher kann ich die Lokation überhaupt nicht empfehlen und werde auch nicht zurück kommen.

Für eine private Feier habe ich den Club Domhof gemietet und bin mit der gesamten Betreuung, rund um meine Veranstaltung sehr zufrieden. In der Vorbereitungszeit sowie am Abend stand mir steht’s ein Ansprechpartner mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Auf der Party selbst, baute ein wundervolles Team die Location auf, gingen dabei individuell auf meine Wünsche ein, betreuten mich beim Umgang mit der Musikanlage und sorgten im Hintergrund für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Auch die Servicekraft machte ihren Job fantastisch.
Ein großes Lob und ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team!!
