This fountain is a little difficult to find and to be quite frank, it would've been better it had stayed lost to me. This sculpture is supposed Dionysius and this sculpture is no classical interpretation of the Greek god of wine. I'm all for different interpretations, but this sculpture is just some kind of cubist nonsense and I can see why it hidden away under a tunnel.

Ja, wer hätte auch denken können, daß sich so ein Ort eher als Obdachlosenasyl eignet als als Aufstellort für einen doch gar nicht so hässliches Kunstwerk. Dem Domvorplatz würde ein Brunnen schon besser stehen als dieses dunkle Loch, aber ebenso könnte die Domplatte auch begrünt werden. Mein Vorschlag wäre: diese nervige Mahnwache gegen alles und jeden einfach gegen den Brunnen tauschen, den Domvorplatz (wieder) parkähnlich begrünen und natürlich von dem ansässigen Drogendealern befreien.
