This is the best dining experience you'll have in cologne. Great food, great drinks, and even better staff. We went two nights in a row on a recent trip to Cologne. If you want to have an authentic old world experience while visiting Cologne this is the spot to go.

Absolutely fab place. Went there having seen Anthony Bourdain's Cologne episode of Parts Unknown. Wasn't disappointed. Delicious traditional fair, excellent beer and fun service. Would definitely go again.

Has the right balance between being a bat for regulars and a bar for a spontaneous Kölsch beer. Food was good and the light snacks good quality for money. Well presented. Friendly staff.

This place was a lot of fun with good, hardy food. It had a very locals vibe, which was great. Food and service were great. The waiters thighs must be like rock for climbing those stairs every day.
