Lack of communication, skills and patience. I dmed to book and sent the pic how I wanted my nails to be done. I got a quote on dm before visiting as well. When I went to this nail studio, a boy cut my skin (cuticle) open and it left me BLEEDING! Moreover, he couldn’t do the work!, not even close to pic I showed. So, i said it’s ok and I could also just change the design. He was blaming that I WASTED his time. The thing is I also spent my time sitting there for an hour and didn’t get what I wanted even if I dmed everything I wanted before! Then, he started touching my hands harshly as he needed to continue to finish his work. Finally, the salon wanted to charge me more than they quoted but I offered only what I agreed in dm. Anyway, I hope he’s happy with the attitude of the word WASTING TIME when his work requires service minds and skills. Whatever, I’m not going to get my nails done here for good. RUN! ????

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Meine Nägel haben wirklich eine perfekte Form. Es wurde sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, allerdings musste ich für French Nails 45€ zahlen und meine Freundin für normale Nägel nur 35€ und prinzipiell waren meine sogar schneller fertig. Sehe nicht ganz, wo diese 10€ mehr bei fast dem gleichen Design, was sogar weniger lange gedauert hat, gerechtfertigt war, aber wie schon gesagt dafür ist die Qualität der Nägel wirklich sehr gut. Fragt nur am besten vorher nach dem Preis. ????

Wer dahin möchte sollte von den Männern bedient werden, die tun einem nicht weh (hatte beim letzten mal an jedem Finger eine Verletzung) und Designs können sie auch nicht...wollte jedesmal nur etwas simples drauf haben und nicht mal das haben sie hinbekommen. Da ich mit den Herren eigentlich zufrieden bin werde ich trotzdem denn Laden nicht mehr besuchen.

Leider habe ich sehr schlechte Erfahrungen in dem Nagelstudio machen müssen.
Seit längerem habe ich mir meine Nägel wieder machen lassen und mich für eine Maniküre und Schellack entschieden.
Die Maniküre was schmerzhaft und das Ergebnis sehr unordentlich.
Meine Nagelhaut ist eingerissen und sieht schlimmer aus als vorher.
Dazu kommt noch, dass die falsche Farbe ausgewählt wurde und nachdem ich es ansprechen wollte, wurde meine Anmerkung nur weg gelächelt.
Das Endergebnis war katastrophal, der Lack wurde unregelmäßig aufgetragen und die Fingernägel sahen unförmig und unsauber aus.

Kurze Zeit darauf habe ich mich beschwert und meine Kritik wurde nur widerspenstig und unfreundlich aufgenommen.

Mir wurde angeboten, dass die selbe Person eine neuen Versuch bei mir startet, allerdings wollte ich einen anderen Stilisten um nicht die selbe schlechte Erfahrung machen zu müssen.
Die Reaktion darauf war sehr unfreundlich und mit mir wurde kaum kommuniziert.
Nachdem ich mein Geld zurück verlangt habe, wendete sich die Stimmung und ich habe sofort einen neuen Nagelstilisten zu Verfügung gestellt bekommen.

Das Ergebnis ist erheblich besser aber leider nicht so wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe.

Für 35€ war der Service und das Ergebnis leider mangelhaft.
