I've been to the store twice: one time the assistants were unhelpful and even a bit annoyed, today the assistant was a very nice and friendly girl. So, I guess it's the matter of luck when it comes to the customer service. The assortment is also quite limited. next time I'll just order online

Although he didn’t have 2 of the 3 styles/ colours I was looking for he did have lots of other choices. I got a great deal on the ones I bought. The sales person was polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend this store but if you’re looking for a less popular style you may want to order online or go to Düsseldorf which I’m told has a better selection.

Cute little store off the main shopping street. They luckily had the style I wanted but my wife had some trouble finding something she liked. The prices are great here - we got two pair for the price of one in US (mostly)

They lack sizes and don't hold a big collection. Bleh.
