Very well located from Cologne ground fairs, it is also close to a train station. The room was comfortable, good space, TV, wifi, but no frigobar. Disadvantages were the power outlet not so close to the bed and the window curtain does not fully block the sunlight at early mornings. Breakfast is the standard, only the food reposition was a bit slow one day. Self-checkout was interesting.

I have stayed in this hotel for two nights this June. Hotel is alright, clean and basic. However, the staff here were very unprofessional. They charged me for the room which has been paid for by a work travel agency earlier, even though I was saying that it should have been paid when checking in. They told me I don’t have breakfast included yet travel agency paid for it. After all, they returned the money but it was a hassle. I know Ibis is a low budget hotel but it still is expensive and I was hoping for a little bit better service.

I really like the hotel. One thing that maybe could be considered is better room equipment. Maybe some welcome water or something could be a nice gesture.

I had great accommodations not terribly far from LANXESS, breakfast was perfectly fine and the room was quaint and comfortable.

A very good room if you are looking for a cheap spot to rest for a night. Parking is very accessible and right out of the highway.

Do not take a room next to the elevator. You will not be able to sleep very tight. We made reservations, yet we still need to fill in forms for almost 30'.

Really just a basic hotel, spotless clean rooms u0026 wonderful shower...what stands this hotel out above the rest is its staff. they are just great, really try to go out of the way to assist, extremely pleasant.. and very very helpful
