Last week I rented a car from SIXT in Cologne, Germany for one day and drove to Kleve on business, returning the vehicle to SIXT in Hanau, Germany. Service was great, car was good however 3 days after returning the vehicle SIXT sent me an e mail saying I had put a 5-10cm scratch on the passenger door and that they were investigating. I had a local friend call and was told to fill out an accident report. I have now sent 3 e mails to them asking for more details with no response.
I have to assume that the vehicle was scratched after I dropped it off since it was not there when I returned it. What a terrible way to treat a customer, I would suggest renting from other more honest companies. Gord Montgomery
