One of the worst hotels one could ever see! They didn’t have reception upon my arrival and I had to call in order to be let in. The walls between each room is not sound proof which would create a lot of noise. The room beside me would wake up at 4am and would make everyone wake up with their loud speaking, telephone sounds, tv and different noises! They would climb up and down the stairs and slam doors at the same time. It would even smell of cooking!
The pillows in the room are terrible! The refrigerator doesn’t work!
The management never answers email!
Really a nightmare! Never go there even if you cannot find any place even if you are in urgent situation!

Great hotel at a great location. Staff is very friendly and polite. The rooms were very clean and are in good condition. The food here was amazing for dinner and for breakfast. Hotel was accommodating and provided very good service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Nice cosy hotel with average service. Limited breakfast range. No lift in the hotel so if you get rooms on the second or third floor you have to carry yours own luggage up. Also the room sizes vary a lot, it’s totally your luck if you get a normal room or a small one! The Bahnstr. Tram stop is just in front of the hotel.

Friendly staff, bar fairly busy in the evening. Food was good. Next to busy road. Tram stop 10m away. 20min ish from town centre by tram.

Family like atmosphere.. Good food. Rooms are tiny.

This is my third stay at the hotel and it's as good as always.
