I love Thara Thai!!! It's my favorite Thai restaurant in Cologne and probaby amongst my top 3 restaurants overall. I have tried several dishes (mostly with curry and coconut sauce) and I was always sad when my plate was empty because it is always that good!!!!

The food is great, spicyness is indicated on the menu. Staff is polite and attentive. It's a nice little restaurant with modern interior in a quiet location a short ways from the main road and there is a train station nearby as well, so it is easy to get there as well.

Really tasty food for reasonable price; expect very big portions! Staff is friendly and prepared to pack the rest of your dish for the next day.
The restaurant is small and cosy, it might be tricky to find a parking spot.
