Clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was good. I only had a concern about the safety since you can just walk in from the street and take the elevator or stairs to access the suites. No cameras in the hallways. As a woman traveling alone, it didn't feel safe.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations in so many ways, from the beginning they solved a problem with my reservation in an efficient way (considering it was carnival and the hotel was completely booked), the rooms are really nice, spacious, modern and clean. They have a tablet to control many things, room service etc. The breakfast is way better from what you can find in any hotel this price, good variety and flavor and the best, the waiters, hostess and everyone are really kind, I totally recommend this hotel! And you have a team stop walking distance to go to the center.

The hotel is not on the cheapest side in terms of pricing, yet the materials used in the economy rooms are simply odd. Like a bench made of the same tiles as the bathroom. The staff is super friendly, though. They even went an extra mile and provided me with a nice breakfast box when I had to leave at 5am.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over the new year period. It was very disappointing. The atmosphere was cold and unfriendly and staff very thin on the ground. The room was clean but the bedding was very poor. When we asked for additional pillows to supplement the thin one provided we were told there were none. The breakfast was quite good and lots of variety both hot and cold. However, one New Years day the bar and restaurant was closed and not even a cup of coffee could be had. We were told there was a restaurant across the street but this was booked out. This place does not provide proper hotel facilities and should be avoided.

The room was ok , not that clean. There were some insects in the corner but ok.
They had coffee in the room , breakfast too expensive for this quality and it was at the basement where basically doesn’t smell that good.
The most important thing : I forgot my charger and I called 30 minutes after my checkout and they told me they didn’t find anything, but it was exactly on the table.
Some cosmetics were also used. Generally I think that the cleaners are stealing a few things from the customers. So be careful.
The road is totally fine and close to the trains but you could search also for other hotel options there. I stayed 2 days because Of these bad experiences.

It has a big car park underground. Easy to get in and out of there. Hotel is very close to the tram stop. Instead of paying a lot to the hotels at the city center, this hotel can be chosen for less cost as it has access to the city center with the tram.Rooms aren't great but satisfactory ENOUGH.ıt has a bar open till late night. It's breakfast is nica. It offers a lot. People are friendly too. I would go there again

Nice clean hotel, very well connected to the citt center through the metro (also the Stadion is just 2 stops away heading in the same direction).
Rooms are big and comfortable, wifi is working.
Breakfast is definitely great, although a bit pricey (17 eur per person).
