Great business hotel.

I visited this hotel during a business trip.
Very nice room, with a nice and big bathroom.
Super comfortable bed, very kind personnel, always available to satisfy your needs.
Very nice food, with a great variability of food both during breakfast and lunch.
Availability of a covered parking lot with direct access to the hotel lobby.

A super hotel which is located in a beautiful, green park that offers a safe, peaceful space in the centre of Cologne. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with big bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities too. The breakfast is simply superb. They offered a sumptuous spread of savoury, sweet and healthy options. Would highly recommend if visiting Cologne.

Stayed 2 nights in a superior double room. First time at NH, and it was a very disappointing experience. On the plus side, bed was comfortable, room was spacious, parking was convenient, and rates were reasonable. On the downside, long queue during check in as there was only one staff on duty. Shower gel bottle was empty during check in. Airconditioning did not work until staff reset the airconditioning. Last straw was coffee cup used by previous guest was not washed, totally unacceptable in covid environment. Giving one star only because reception was really helpful and pleasant.

They ignored my request for a good view made when booking and again on arrival. The room was uncleaned/serviced throughout the 4 night stay. The reception staff were unsupportive and offhand. This could be a great hotel, but IT ISN'T.

Was staying here for 4 nights, as a part of FIBO event. Very positive experience that starts with excellent breakfast, with various options, several items made a-la carte, great coffee and juices.
Great view from the room to the park, if you room is facing the park. Superb location with many activities in a walking distance.

The hotel also has a sauna and small fitness in -1 floor. The sauna is sparky clean, looks very new.

The environmental care is not just a slogan - if you choose to give up a room service in a certain day (and you definitely can, as the base is very good - you get a perfectly clean room), you are rewarded with a coupon for drink in a local bar (does not apply for cocktails).

On the improvement side: I wish the bathroom would be a little bigger and a water pressure in the shower a bit stronger.

The staff from Gold bar was really kind and helpful especially Giuseppe. He was really friendly, welcoming and we had a nice conversation with him.
I would be happy to come back here again.

They were a great people who work at the bar…. Specially Italian barman was amazing with the service and cocktails. Giuseppe was perfect and they have another new stuff called also Giuseppe welcome in????????????????
