Not my preferred restaurant. The food is very different compared to the other restaurants. It‘s very diverse. I don‘t always like it though. The prices are in my opinion too high.

Die Mittagsgerichte sind abwechslungsreich und schmecken eigentlich immer sehr lecker. Am Essen kann man wirklich nichts beanstanden.

Der Laden ist um die Mittagszeit meistens gut besucht. Kartenzahlung (auch Kreditkarte) ist ohne Probleme möglich.

Der Service ist in der Regel immer gut außer man erwischt die falsche Bedienung. Eine Bedienung in dem Laden schießst eigentlich Regelmäßig den Vogel ab und erheitert mich und meine Kollegen immer wieder mit ihrer Inkompetenz. Wir nehmen es immer locker und freuen uns über die zusätzliche „Comedy Show“.

Der Chef des Ladens ist wie ich finde immer Korrekt und freundlich außer hat mal wieder einen seiner Tage an dem er denkt er Regiere die Welt, dass ist aber meistens auch ganz witzig.

Ich kann das Lokal auf jeden Fall zum Mittagessen mit Kollegen empfehlen.

The food itself is becoming more and more "ordinary" (that is, home cooking; it used to be a lot more interesting / unusual) and the portion sizes have now become relatively small, so that you get hungry again after a few hours.

Another little thing that is always a bit annoying - when you order soup, there are also slices of baguette, but the number of slices served is never divisible by the number of people who have ordered soup (e.g. 5 slices with 3 people). Of course it's not that bad, but it somehow shows the attitude.
Speaking of attitudes - while waiting for the card payment today, the boss dropped the sentence "I don't care how people rate me - I have enough good reviews." It may be true, but it doesn't have to stay as many have already learned.
I still hope that Undsohn will stay with us and maybe even be “useful” again for lunch at some point.

Früher sind wir ab und an in der Mittagspause hin, mittlerweile fast nie, weil es einfach zu lange dauert – zum Teil verbringt man da über eine Stunde, weil die Gerichte einfach nicht gebracht werden. Das Essen an sich wird auch immer öfter "gewöhnlich" (also Hausmannskost; früher was es um einiges interessanter/ausgefallener) und die Portionsgrößen sind mittlerweile relativ klein geworden, so dass man nach einigen Stunden wieder Hunger bekommt.

Eine weitere Kleinigkeit, die aber immer wieder etwas ärgerlich ist – wenn man Suppe bestellt, so gibt es auch Baguette-Scheiben dazu, allerdings ist die Anzahl der gereichten Scheiben niemals durch die Anzahl der Leute, die Suppe bestellt haben, teilbar (z.B 5 Scheiben bei 3 Leuten). Klar ist es nicht schlimm, zeigt aber irgendwie die Einstellung.
Apropos Einstellung – der Chef ließ heute beim warten auf die Kartenzahlung Nebenbei den Satz fallen „Mir doch egal, wie mich die Leute bewerten – ich habe genug gute Bewertungen.“ Mag zwar stimmen, muss aber nicht so bleiben, wie viele schon lernen mussten.
Ich hoffe trotzdem, dass Undsohn uns erhalten bleibt und vielleicht irgendwann sogar wieder für Mittagessen „zu gebrauchen ist“.
